Kent Gruber
Founder & Managing Partner
Kent Gruber is a proven disciplined P&L and Business Development CEO/President/COO, that has been rescuing, scaling and operating manufacturers, specialty contractors and service providers in the infrastructure markets for over 27 years, including his current venture, Highland Bridge Services, a successful bridge utility construction and equipment rental company. His success has been directly attributed to his ability to build and invigorate sales and operations teams, identify new markets and revenue streams, recruit key-hires, sales channel and partnership development, optimization of business processes and supply chains and digital marketing/branding strategies. Kent is a visionary, disruptor, hands-on operator and true entrepreneur. His previous experience includes ownership, C-Suite, President, Board, and consulting positions in environmental services, composites, metal fabrication and specialty infrastructure construction.
